• the abortion pill, first and second trimester abortion procedures
• birth control of all kinds - free for one year when you sign up for Take Charge or already have DSHS Medicaid coverage coupons/card
• annual exam, sports physicals or school physical, breast exam, pelvic exam
• free walk-in pregnancy tests
• options counseling about unplanned pregnancy
• if you are pregnant and low-income, you can apply for State Medicaid coverage to pay for your health care. Apply online or at your local CSO (Community Service Center). They will expedite your application when you tell them you want an abortion. Or call 800-770-4334.
